The Exchange Wexford is more than just an office building—it’s a testament to dedication, family, and community. Originally founded in 2018 by Daithi and Mary Nevins, it was envisioned as a professional workspace in the heart of Wexford town. After Daithi’s passing that same year, the building remained largely unused for a time. However, in recent years, Mary, David, and Lucy came together to breathe new life into the space, transforming it into a high-standard, modern office environment while preserving its welcoming and community-driven spirit.

This transformation wouldn’t have been possible without the expertise and dedication of skilled professionals who worked tirelessly to bring the building to life. From construction and carpentry to design and finishing touches, every detail has been carefully considered to create a workspace that is both functional and inspiring.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed their time, effort, and expertise to restoring The Exchange Wexford to the condition it is today

The Exchange is more than just a name

The Exchange is more than just a name—it’s a nod to our building’s past as the former Telecom Éireann HQ in Wexford. Once a hub of communication, where connections were made and messages exchanged, this space has been transformed into a modern business center while still honouring its heritage.
Today, The Exchange continues its legacy of connection—offering businesses a vibrant, high-quality workspace where ideas, opportunities, and collaborations come to life.
